It has been decided to hold a KC Bronze Good Citizen Award. Participants should enter using the dogs Kennel Club Registered name. The dog must be on a proper collar and lead and the collar must have an ID tag with the owners name and address. Just a telephone number is not sufficient. It will start at 11a.m. on Saturday 7th June with Accredited Trainer Mrs. Jo Harrison. This activity will be free of charge.
Microchipping will be available on both days at a cost of £10 per dog. The dogs registration certificate will be required.
Junior events will commence at 10.30 a.m. on Saturday 7th June with Heather Mee and Sally Collins.

This Trophy is presented for the Flatcoated Retriever owned by a member of the FCRS that obtains the highest number of Open Show points in a Calendar year (January 1st – December 31st).

THIRD                                                 Special Rosette

SPECIAL PUPPY/JUNIOR

(under 18 months)                                    Special Rosette & £10 (if not in above awards)

 

POINTS SYSTEM

 

Breed Classes at Open Shows             1st – 3 points

                                                            2nd – 2 points

                                                            3rd – 1 point

                                                            (BOB – 1 extra point)

 

CRITERIA FOR CLAIMS

 

Must be fully paid up member of FCRS

For Flatcoated Retrievers which have not won Three (3) or more Challenge Certificates

Breed Classes at Open shows only

Only One (1) show will count in any one (1) day

All claims with full details to Hon. Show Secretary by 31st January 2009
