Have you made arrangements for your dogs should anything happen to you?

To apply for an Emergency Alert Card, please contact Dawn Hall on 01509 672820 or email her via the link on the Contacts Page and complete the form which asks for details of the person(s) whom you wish to take care of your dogs/pets together with the names and breed of your animals.  If you wish, you may entrust your Flatcoated Retrievers to the Rescue, Rehoming and Welfare Scheme and we would also be willing to make arrangements for your other animals (if applicable).  You do not have to be a member of the Flatcoated Retriever Society to benefit from this service.

Once the completed form has been returned, Dawn will forward your laminated Emergency Alert Card (in two sizes - credit card and a larger one) to you as soon as possible.  There is no set charge but a donation would be appreciated and cheques should be made payable to the FRCS Rescue, Rehoming and Welfare Scheme.
