Two members of the General Committee are retiring at the 2009 AGM and there will also be another vacancy for three years in addition to one for a year due to the resignation of Vicky Egginton.  The names of all nominees, who must be proposed and seconded in writing, should be sent to Jenny Bird by 31st January, 2009.  The nominated members should also write confirming their willingness to serve if elected.
