Illness, Accident, Death?

Have you made arrangements for your dogs should anything happen to you?
Apply for Emergency Alert Cards and complete them with the details of the person/organisation you wish to take care of your dogs.
Simply write or phone for a form which asks for the details of the person(s) whom you wish to take care of your dogs/pets, together with the names and breed of your animals.
If you wish to entrust your Flatcoated Retrievers to the Scheme and we would be willing to make arrangements for your other animals, (if any).
Note that you do not have to be a member of the Flatcoated Retriever Society to benefit from this service.

Send the completed form to Brian, and your laminated Emergency Alert Cards (in two sizes – credit card and a larger size) will be forwarded as soon as possible. There is no set charge, but a donation would be appreciated. (Cheques should be payable to the FRS Rescue, Rehoming and Welfare Scheme.)
