Report from Louise Jones, Show Secretary The show dawned with blue skies a slight breeze and the outside rings were looking glorious. South West FCR Working Test results held on 6th March 2022

Flatcoated Retriever Society South West Area Gundog Working Test – Report by Organiser Sara Thurgood We had a busy and successful day on Sunday 6th March 2022 running the FCRS South West Area Working test at Southcott Farm, Winkleigh, Mid Devon by kind permission of land owners Mr and Mrs R Bland. Although there was a cold wind for most of the day, it stayed dry and there was a warm welcome for all. The ground provided varying terrain for dogs to work, including woodland, banks and ditches, cover crops, open ground and water. The day included tests for NoviceDog/Novice Handler (ND/NH), Novice and Open.
